As a part of our market research team and our field research team, you’ll get paid to give real feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Brands want to know what you think: how you view marketing campaigns, how you use their products, what’s missing, and what actually matters to your generation.
Market Research Team (MRT)
The Market Research Team is focused on providing thoughtful, in-depth feedback in a remote setting. Participants may engage in activities such as online surveys, virtual focus groups, individual interviews, and creative testing sessions. This team is ideal for students who enjoy reflecting on trends, sharing detailed opinions, and contributing to broader conversations about culture, branding, and product development. You will get paid for Zoom-based focus groups, short and long-form surveys, creative concept testing, and cultural insights discussions.
Field Research Team (FRT)
The Field Research Team emphasizes in-person and experiential feedback. Students in this team are involved in hands-on testing of physical products, such as food items, beverages, packaging designs, or service experiences, conducted in local environments. This team is best suited for students who are highly engaged, observant, and interested in providing rapid, practical feedback based on real-world interactions. You will get paid for taste tests, product experiences, packaging evaluations, and on-site brand interations. If your campus is based in or near one of the following cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Austin, you are eligible.
Applicants may indicate interest in one or both teams. Participation is flexible and project-based, with opportunities assigned based on fit, location, and availability.
